About this policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit AGI Upside, subscribe to Signals or otherwise interact with us, and how that information is used. AGI Upside is operated by AGI Upside.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide to us.
Newsletter activity. Our newsletter provider may record subscription status and engagement information such as email delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may automatically process limited technical data, including IP address, browser or device type, referring pages, timestamps and site activity, to deliver, secure and maintain the site.
How we use information
We use information to deliver Signals, manage subscriptions, respond to messages, understand and improve our publication, keep the site secure, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell subscriber email addresses.
Service providers
We use service providers that process information on our behalf. These currently include beehiiv for newsletter subscriptions and delivery, and OpenAI for website hosting. These providers may process information as needed to provide, secure and support their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and similar technologies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources, page activity and newsletter subscription confirmations. We do not send subscriber email addresses to Analytics or enable advertising personalization. Google may process browser, device and usage information as described in its privacy policy. Analytics only loads after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings.” We store your choice in your browser. Newsletter forms work without Analytics consent.
AGI Upside and its embedded services may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies required for site functionality, security and newsletter measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some features.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to operate the newsletter and meet legal requirements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter. We and our providers use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the address below.

Our articles may link to third-party websites that have their own privacy practices. AGI Upside is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
